After two months of quarantine, we conducted an internal performance analysis among our employees. And here’s what we noticed – our performance increased by 15% during quarantine! We conducted additional research to identify the causes of such changes. 2 main factors, according to our research – a high level of responsibility in critical conditions, pre-established communication process (attracting new channels of communication). Thanks to this research, we concluded that we will use the new channels of communication after the quarantine, as well as hold regular meetings to motivate employees.
